The 20 second rule is a guideline that helps people stay committed to their goals. This rule states that if you want to accomplish a goal, you need to remove all roadblocks that might inhibit your ability to do so. Ideally, you need to position yourself in a way that only required a 20 second to take the next step needed to achieve your goals.  Another important element to note is social investment. There is a lot of relationship between happiness and social support. There is a strong relationship between happiness and how we interact with our friends and families.

Soft Skills You Need to Achieve Career Growth

Soft skills define a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and personality traits that make it easy to get along and work seamlessly with other people. Soft skills can be taught, but they are not as straightforward as hard skills. Hard skills can be quantified and improved. You can learn some advanced mathematics or writing skills, and you can get better at writing better code. However, when it comes to soft skills, things such as small talk, empathy, honesty, among others, can be tough to learn. That is not to mean soft skills are not worth investing in. An employee handbook is a critical document for setting clear expectations for new employees, and provides policies for all employees to follow. You will also want to include critical information in regards to salaries, payroll deductions and compensation increases for specific job descriptions so as to ensure you properly convey how each employee can advance their incomes.
